The year 2019 marked a centennial: exactly 100 years ago race wars erupted all over the nation, in what the NAACP called The Red Summer. Four artistic millennials who own businesses from Chicago traveled the country to 27 cities over the course of 33 days.
These creative entrepreneurs share their message of peace, love and truth through the camera lens while having conversations with everyday people, politicians, and social leaders. Their message is simple: the political climate today is not so different from 100 years ago, and the way to prevent race riots is through authenticity, conversation and restorative justice. This documentary is a road trip film that takes the viewer on a journey to celebrate humanity and bring people together.
